Product Senior Manager - Specialty Medication

The Senior Product Manager leads a team responsible for driving transformational change in performance improvement, service delivery, and cost structure throughout the CVS Health Specialty product line. The role will partner broadly with product, clinical, and operations leaders to accomplish results using an expansive suite of methodologies and tools including lean six sigma and process mapping/documentation.

This individual is accountable for leading a small team charged with developing workforce metrics including staffing models, and other analyses that enable performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and leading indicator management. The Sr. Manager is the champion of process engineering, statistical analysis, work force planning, and process measurement reporting methods to internal customers and will be accountable for partnering with project managers and project specialists to drive project completion and administration.

Required Qualifications:
*5+ years of work experience in fast paced and growing operations environment
*5+ years of experience in a project management type role
*3+ years of people management experience
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Strong analytics skill set
*MS office suite

Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience working in highly regulated/quality focused industries such as healthcare
*Strong and demonstrated ability to collect, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data and to share the data in an easy to understand fashion that tells the story of the state of the operations

Bachelor’s degree required
MBA or other advanced degree/certification is highly desirable
