North Central Services Practice Leader


Do you want to directly review and approve the largest, most complex and high-risk engagements and support contracts? Do you want to manage a Services Practice and lead a team of managers delivering to Microsoft’s most valued customers?   Do you like ensuring that customer expectations are clear, captured and delivered on, and support the team in meeting / exceeding them? The Services Practice Leader is responsible for leading a Services organization of service professionals toward profitable and sustained high-quality delivery of services to customers; Leads and directs the consulting and support organization in the successful supply and delivery of a Services Practice (Account, Territory, Service Line or Capability); Focuses organization’s priorities on Delivery Management including group and team management, resource and bench management, deal structure and profitable delivery supervision, customer and partner satisfaction; Manager of Delivery Management Managers, Account Delivery Leads, Technical Delivery Managers, Consultants and Architects  

Location:   North Central US Geography

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years experience in an enterprise services business

5+ year of people management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA or MBA degree.

Competency in Confidence, Cross-Boundary Collaboration, Impact and Influence, Interpersonal Awareness, Developing People, Enabling Change, Optimizing Resources & Budgets, Setting Goals & Expectations.
