Sr Analyst, Customer Relationship Marketing

Position Summary

Develop, test and execute seasonal catalog and direct mail circulation and sales plans; analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities; assist with digital marketing strategies, execute and manage multiple brand projects.

Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed catalog circulation plans, including sales and cost forecasts
* Analyze and report on weekly and monthly DTC sales performance and forecasts; identify trends and opportunities
* Recommend and implement mailing test strategies
* Oversee catalog and direct mail name selection and execution
* Oversee production-related deliverables
* Own Month-End Close reporting, accruals, demand forecast and cost planning
* Develop seasonal & fiscal sales and order curves
* Own monthly Customer Metrics reporting
* Develop and supervise additional marketing programs, including direct mail and digital programs
* Work closely with printer on management of circulation quantity, paper orders, oversee unload plans
* Manage key vendor relationships
* Supervise preparation of marketing hindsight reports
* Support the team in various brand initiatives - new store openings, New Mover program, Baby Registry, customer acquisition efforts, catalog format versioning

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
* 3-5 years Direct Marketing experience.
* Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to evaluate alternatives and develop effective solutions.
* Prior experience with A/B testing
* Ability to build effective relationships and teams.
* Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong Excel spreadsheet proficiency.
